Reguler meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,Washington,
~¢ld on saturday January 2?, 1934 at ten o'clock a.M.,~ayor McGlllivray,presiding,
Co~issioner Halverson, Co~mnisSioner Casad and City ~ttorney Gorman being present
at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of the regular meeting held on Januar~ 20, 1934 and on motion
of Mr Casad and Mr McGillivray same were approved as read,all members voting Yes.
Clerk read TRACTOR LEASE with the Western Tractor and EQuipment 0ompany and City
Attorney stated that it was OK as to form.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr McGillivray ~hat lease agreement be accepted and
Mayor and Clerk authorized to sign same in name of City of Bremerton, carried as
follows: Mr ~cGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes. Mr Casad, Yes.
Clerk read resolution authorizing and directing the City Treasurer to pay from
L.I.D.Sinking fund into L.I.District ~o.71 the amount of delinquent assessments
together with interest to the date of the last call for bonds,at the rate provided
therein, on Lot Seven (7) Block ~ine (9) Union~High School addition,Bremerton.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr McGillivray to pass resolution as read,carried
~s follows: Mr ~cGillivray, Yes. ~r. Halverson, Yes. ~r Casad, Yes.
Clerk read resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sell to G.W.Farmer
for the sum of ~3~5.00 on terms of $50.00 down and payments of $10.00 per month
with interest at seven per cent per annum until the full sum of $325.00 is paid;
all of lot seven block nine Union High School Addition to Bremerton and Charleston.

Clerk read letter appointing the Mayor a member of the Council of Cities for
region #5. P.W.A. comprising the metropolitan centers of Montana,Idaho,Washingt~n,
and Oregon.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr McGillivray to allow all bills approved by a major
of the co~mnission, csrrTed as follows: Mr. McGillivray, Yes, Mr Halverson, Yes.
Mr Casad, Yes.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr Casad, to adjourn, carried as follows: Mr McGil-
livray,, yes. Mr Halverson, Yes. Mr Casad, Yes.
