Regular meeting of the c~ty commission of the City of Bremerton,Washington,
held on saturday Dec.21,19~5 at ten o'clock A.M.,Mayor McGillivray,presiding,
Co~m!ssioner Halverson, Co~mtssioner Casada__.nd City Attorney Gormau being present
at roll call.
Clerk read minutes~and after sleight correction same were approved 'as read and
corrected, all members voting Yes.
Clerk submitted two deeds correcting technical errors in description of d~
issued to W. A. Parker and of deed issued to Hi-way Lumber Company.
Motion by Mr Casad and Nm Halverson to approve corrected deed and authorime
the Mayor and City Clerk to sign same, carried as follows: ~&r McGillivray,Yes.
Mr. Halverson, Yes. Mr Casad, Yes.
Clerk read Ordinance amending Parking Ordinance and on motion of ~r Halverson
and ~ McGillivray action was deleted for one week. all members voting Yes.
The City Attorney submitted an opinion relative to property line disputes in'
L. I. D. #125 and Mr 0akley an i~terested property o~ner explained his side of
the controversey.~
Motion by ~ Halverson and ~ar MeGillivray to refer back to City Attorney to
see if sc~e relief could not be given ~&r 0akley, carried as follows: ~ McGill-
ivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes. ~r Casad, Yes.
Motion By I~r Halverson and ~Ar McGillivray to allow all bills approved by a
majority of the commission, carried as follows: ~r MeGillivray, Yes. N~. Hal-
verson, Yes. Nm Casad, Yes~
Clerk read letter from County Co~mtssioners in reference to land for use of ~
proposed airport, clerk was directed to advise the commissioners that the City
would co-operete in any way possible and were of the opinion that the City and
County Commissioners ~should get together and discuss the matter.
Clerk read resolution authorizing the Mayor ~,nd City Clerk to sell all of
Lots 35 and 36 in Block 4 Charleston, Kitsap County, Washington, to Abe and
Arch Shifrin for the total price of $?20.00 on terms of $175.00 down and bal-
ance in monthly instalments of $25.00 each with interest at the rate of %7. on
deferred payments.
Motion by Mr Halverson and ~Ar McGilliv~ay to ~ass resolution as read,carried
as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes. ~ Casad, Yes.
