Regular meeting of the City Commission Of the City of Bremerton,Washington, held
on saturday November 16,1~35 at ten o'Clock a. m, ~layor MoGillivray presiding.
Commissioner Halverson, Commissioner Cas ad and City Attorney Gorman being present at
roll call.
Clerk read minutes of the regular meeting held November 9, 1935 and on motion of
Mr Casad and ~r ~lalverson same were approved as read all members voting Yes.
Clerk read ordinance #1080 granting to Enetai Inn Investment Company the right,
privilege and franchise to occupy eighty six one hundredths of a foot on the East side
of Washington Avenue along the property line fronting lots 14,15,and 16, in Block 3,
original town of Bremerton, during the economic life of the building now erected there.

Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr Oasad to adopt and pass ordinance as read,carried as
follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. ]ir Halverson, Yes. MLr Casad, Yes. that the
i Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr Casad_/mm call for bids in Local Improvement District
#139 be corrected to provide that all work be done by local labor, carried as follows:
