Regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,Washington,held on
saturday August 3,1935 at ten o'clock A.M. ,Mayor McGlllivray,presiding, Commissioner
Halverson, Commissioner Cased end City ~ttorney Gorman being present at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of the previous regular meeting and on motion of Mr Cased and Mr
Halverson same were approved as read,all members voting Yes.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr Cased to allow all bills approved by a majority of th.
cor~mission, oarried~as follows: Mr ~icGlllivray, Yes. Mr Halversom, Yes. Mr Cased, Yes.
Letter submitted by City Engineer showing that 57% of the interested property owners
had requested the improvement of the alley in Block 2 Queen Anne addition to Bremerton
Motion b~ Mr~Ha'lverson and Mr Casad to refer to City Attorney to prepare resolution
of intention, carried as follows: Mr McGlllivray, Yes. Mr Hal~ers~n, Yes. Mr Cased,Yes
Resolutions were read declaring intention to improve several streets by paving etc
and after a great deal of discussion the commissioners decided to take no action for
another week.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr McGlllivray,to adjourn, carried as follows~ Mr
ray, Yes. Mr Halversoh, Yes. Mr 0asad, Yes.
