Regular meeting of the City Oommlssion of the City of Bremerton,Washington.
held on saturday July 27,1935Nmyor.MoGllliVray presiding; Commissioner Casad and
City Attorney German being present at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of the regular meeting held on ~uly 20,19~5 and on motion of
Mr Casad and Mr McGillivray same were approved as rea~, both members voting Yes.
Clerk read ordinance ~1067 provl$~ for the laying off, opening,widening, extending,
with Marlowe Avenue
altering, and establishing of Lateral Highway No.2 by connecting Winfield
lng for the acquisition by cond~muing, appropriating, taking and damaging of land and
other property necessary therefor; and providing that the entire cost of such
shall be paid from the general fund or from such other fund as the City Commission of'
the City of Bremertonmay direct, all in the manner provided by law.
Motion by Mr McGlllivray and Mr Caead to pass ordinance as read,carried as follows:
Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Casad, Yes. Mr Halverson, absent.
Clerk read resolution authorizing and directing the Nmyor and City Clerk to sell
to Altha Hyde all of Lots 1,2,3,and 4, in Block 2, First addition to Charleston, for
the total purchase price of $400.00 on terms of $100.0O cash and the balance of $300.(
payable in monthly payments of $~3.00 each with interest at the rate of 7% per ahnum.

Clerk read resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to sell
to B. I. Dill all of Lots 1 and 2 in Block ~ First Addition to Charleston for a total
purchase price of $200.00 on terms of $25.00 down and $10.00 per month with interest
on deferred payments of ~% per annum.
Motion by Mr McGillivray and Mr Caead to pass resolution as read,carried as follows

clerk read resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sell to Navy Develop-
ment Syndicate Inc. all of Lots ?,8,9 and l0 in Block ? of the original plat of Char-
leston, for the total purchase price of $$00.00 on terms of $24§.00 down and balance
of $245.00 in monthly payment~ of $15.00 each with interest of 7% per annum on daferre
payments.
Motion by Mr McGillivray and Mr Casad to pass resolution aa read, carried as follow
Mr McGillivray, Yea. Mr Casad, Yes. Mr Halverson, Absent.
Motion by Mr McGlllivray and Mr Casad to allow all bills approved by a majority of
the commission, carried as follows: Mr MoGillivray, Yes, Mr Casad Yes. Mr Halverson
Absent.
Mr casad reported that a petition signed by 127 persona residing outside the City
limits had been handed him to check; these persons desired to be annexed to the City
of Bremerton; the clerk explained that any petition from persons outside the City
Should be presented to County Comm~ssioners.
Motion by Mr McGillivray and Mr Casad to adjourn, carried, beths members voting Yes.
