Regular meeting of the city commission of the City of Bremerton,Washington,
,Id on saturday July 20th 1955 at ten o'clock A.M. Mayor.McGillivray and Commissioner

Clerk read minutes of the regular, meeting which w~ioh was held on July
and on motion of M~r 0asad and Mr MoGlllivray same was approved as read.
Clerk read resolution declaring intention to improve. 0ogeen Avenue and other thoro-
fares by paving with a one course concret$,the construction of sidewalks and such other
and further work as may be necessary to m~ke such improvame~t'a complete Job.
Motion by Mr McGlllivray and Mr Cased to pass resolution carried,both members voting
Yes.
Motion by Mr McGillivray and Mr Cased to allow all bills approved by a majority of
the com,n~ssion, carried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Ca sad, Yes. Mr Halverson
Absent.
· he City Engineer reported that the work in Local Improvement District #15~ had
been completed, he also' submitted final estimate and assessment roll.amd recommended
acceptance.
Motion by Mr McGillivray and Mr Casad to accept, the Job and approve final estimate,
end place roll on file in ~lerk's office and set saturday August ~4,1935 as date of
hearing on said roll; carried as follows: Mr McGiltivray, Yes.Mr Cased, Yea. Mr. Halver-
SOn absent.
Mr Cased reported that a fire in the water shed had burned over about ten acres
before it was extinguished.
Motion by Mr Cased and M~ MoGillivray to adjourn, carried.
