Regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,Washington,held on
saturday May 11,193~ at ten o'clock A.M. Mayor McGilllvray presiding, Commissione~
Hal~erson, Commissioner Casad amd City Attorney German being present at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of the regular meeting held on May 4,1935 and on motion of Mr
Casad and Mr Halverson same were approved as read all members v~ting Yes.
Clerk read ordinance #1059 (second reading)providing for the improvement of a Te~wm'hmm~
portion of Rainier Avenue, Olympic Avenue, Seventh Street and Eighth Street,establish
lng Local Improvement District #138, providing for the levying of assessments for the
payment of said improvement and making said improvements payable by bonds.
Motion by Mr Casad and Mr McGlllivray to pass ordinance as read, carried as follow

Motion by Mr Casad and Mr McGlllivray to instruct clerk to call for bids for imp-
rovement of L.I.D.#138, carried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes.

Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr Casad to allow all bills approved by a majority of t .e
co~m~ission, carried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes. Mr Casad, Yes
Mr Charles Innes, Manager, Parker Lumber Company submitted claim for barge rentals
in L.I.D.#132; Mr Casad objected to the bill and same was referred back to the Eng-
ineering department for checking.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr McGilllvray to adjourn, carried as follows:
