Regular meeting of the City Conm~ission of the City of Bremerton,Washlngton,held on
saturday March 23, 1935 at ten o'clock z.M,,Mayor McGillivray,presiding, 0ommissioner
Halverson, ~n~.,G~t~.~t~orney Gorman being present at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of regular meeting of City commission held on March 16,193§
and on ~aotion of Mr Halverson and Mr McGillivray same were approved as read both
members voting Yes.
Clerk reported this as date set for hearing on proposed vacation of a five foot
strip from each side of ~hore Avenue, and certified that he had published notices as
required by law ~nd that no protests had been filed.
Clerk read Ordinance #1052 vacating a strip fiTe feet wide off each side of Shore
avenue from the intersection of Trenton Avenue north to the north line of Grand View
~ddition mmmm~m in the City of Bremerton.
Motion by Mr Helverson and mr McGlllivray to pass ordinance as read,carried as
follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes. Mr Casad, ~eent.
Motion by Mr McGillivray and Mr Halverson that the City Attorney represent the
~lty of Bremerton at the meeting of ~he Association of ~ashington Cities to be held
In Centralia March 28, 1935. carried as followw: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson,
es. Mr Casad, zbsent.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr McGillivray to allow all bills approved by a majority
f the commission, carried as follows: Mr MoGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes, Mr Casa~

Motion by Mr McGillivray and Mr Halverson to adjourn carried as follows:
