Regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,~ashington,
held on saturday Feb.9,1935. at ten o'clock A.M. Mayor McGillivray presiding,
Commissioner Halverson and Commissioner Cased being present at roll call.
The Mayor reported the City ~ttorney out of town on City business.
Clerk read minutes of the regular meeting held on February 2,193§ and on motion
of MrbCasad and Mr Halverson same were approved as read,all members voting Yes.
Letter read from City Attorney in reference to building permits for schools;
and on motion of Mr Halverson end Mr Cased the communication was referred to the
Building Inspector for his information.
The Mayor oppointed Mr. T. Lesion, Kirk as e member of the Library Board,to
succeed himself and on motion of Mr Halverson and Mr Cased the appointment was
confirmed.
Letter received from the Department of Lighting of Seattle in reference to the
proposed purchase of the plant of the P.S. Power and Light Co. Letter ordered filed.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr Cased to allow.,all bills approved by a majority of
the co~umission,earried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes. Mr Cased
Yes.
Clerk submitted bill for water service at Farmers Market and on motion of Mr.
Halverson and Mr McGlllivray the bill was ordered cancelled, ell members voting Yes.
Clerk read resolution transferring $1500.00 from the Current Expense fund to the
Street Construction and Maintenance Fund.
Motion by ~Ar Halverson and Mr McGillivray to pass resolution as read,carried as
follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes. Mr Cased, Yes,
Motion by Mr McGillivray and Mr Helverson to adjourn, carried as follows:
