Regular meeting of the City Com~mtssion of the City of Bremerton,Washington, held on
saturday Dec.5,1936 at ten o'clock A.M.,Mayor McGillivray, presiding,Co~issioner Halver
Co~:~aissioner Cased and City Attorney Gormen being present at roll call.
Clerk redd minutes of previous regular meeting and on motion of Mr Halverson and Mr
~.cGillivray same were approved as read all members voting Yes.
Clerk read letter from Mr M.H.Lord claiming danmges ~or collision with a truck,.at
Pacific and Fifth Streets; claim referred to City ~ttorney.
Clerk reported hearing on L.I.D.#l~ providing for improvement of Elizabeth Avenue
north of 17th Etr~et was continued until this morning. Motion by Mr Cased and Mt.Mc
Oillivray to overrule all protests,carried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes.Mr Ha lverson
Yes. Mr C~sad, Yes.
Clerk read Ordinance #1113 Establishing L.I.D.15~~ providing for improvement of north
end of Elizabeth Street,providing for levying assessments and making such improvememt
payable by bonds. Motion by Mr Cased and Mr Halverson to pass on first reading
and file in Clerk's office one week for public inspection, carried as follows:

Clerk read resolutionaBthorizing the Mayor and Cl~, to sellS.T.Kirby and Wife the
~ast one-half of Lot 5 Block l0 L.S.Rowe's addition for the total price of $225.00
