Clerk read ordinance conveying real property to the County of Kltsap for Airport
purposes,providing for reservations therein and reversion thereof.

Clerk read letter from Al.Cash Agent of Post Intelligencer requesting permission
to place a news paper vending machine at or near the navy yard gate on First and
Paaifie. A~ter some discussion the request was denied.
Clerk read letter from D~artln Y.Hart requesting permission to construct an elect~
light line across city property and on motion of Mr Cased and Mr Halverson permis~i~,
was refused.
Clerk read letter from the Trustees of the First methodist Eposcipal Church
in ref~ence to grade of Alley between Fifth and Sixth Street adjoining the Church
property.

City Attorney reported that a meeting of the representatives of several cities
had been held in Seattle within the past week and that the matter of reduction of
water rates was discussed.
