Regular meeting of the city commission of the City of Bremerton,~ashington,held
on Saturday February 19,1938 at,ten o'clock A.M., Mayor Knabb presiding, Commisslone]
Halverson, Co~i~,sioner Casad and City Attorney being present at roll call.
Clerk rea~ the minutes of the.previous regular meeting and on motion of Mr
and Mr Enabb same were approved as read all members voting Yes.
~Ir. J. ~'~. Bryan Sr, presented a petition requesting the improvement of the street~
in his addition and Mr Casad promised to check same and correct the description of t~
property to be improved.
The hearing on L. I. D. 140 assessment roll was taken up and Mr Casad stated that
arrangement had been made to eorreet the things complained of on the streets in quesl
and suggeeted that the hearing be again continued.

of L. I. D. #140 for one more week, carried as follows: Mr Knabb, Yes. ~r Halverson
Yes. ~r Cas ad, Yes.
~r Casad reported that he had not received the necessary infornmtion on the new
standards for the street lamps in L. I. D. #1?E.
Motion by ~r Halve rson and Mr Knabb to allow all bills approved by ama. jority of
the co~m~ission, carried as follows: Mr Knabb, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes. Mr Casad,Yes
~ property owner on Gregory Way reported a bad leak in the water main in front of
his property and requested that new cast iron mains be installed to replace the old
wood pipes in that district; Mr Casad stated that he would check up on this and see
what could be done about new mains.
Dlr Casad made a report on the proposed improvement ov Tenth Street between Veneta
and High ~Yvenues and called attention to the fact that the hearing on the proposed
improvement would be at next meeting.
