Clerk reported this as date fixed for hearing on the asse;~ment roll of L.I.~.197 and stated tl~at no protests had b~-~en filed; the Mayor enquires if any on present had and objection to o~'fer ca the roll of 197 and none was offered. Considerable discussion arose on the resolution as proposed, and on motion Halverson snd Mr Cased the resolution was referred back to the City Engineer and the .City Attorney. Clerk read resolution employing the firm of Preston, Thorgriinson and Turner to to prepare the resolutions,ordinances and notices necessary for the purpose of issuin general obligation bonds amounting to ~23,600.00 to refinance the outstanding indebt- edness on the ne~fire hall, and agreeing to pay said firm the s~ of ~125.00 for such s~rvio~s. ~iotion by ~ Halverson and i~ Casad to adopt resolution as read, carried as follows ldr Jones, Yes.
