in the proceedings.
Clerk read minute~ of the previous regular me~ting, and ~ame were corrected to
~how that the monthly wage~ of Sam. Allen as Janitor wa~ ~60.:i~0 and not .~,50.00
written.

Clerk read letter from mr ~lbert L.Palmer in which .he complained that city employ-
ee~ had removed the pipe marking the N.E.corner of Block 1, Gale and Miller'~ adt~.
and stating that he would bring up the matter of damage~ later.
Motion by Mr Halver~on and Mr Ca,ad to refer to the Engineering Department for

Clerk read re~olution authorizing the ~ale of Lot 31 Block 17 OT. Bremerton to
Harry Ballou for the total ~um of $565.00 on terms of ~10.00 down and balance in mon-
thly pa~ent~ of $10.00 per month with interest at 7% on deferred pavements.

Clerk read re~olution authorizing the ~ale of Lot~ 2 and $ Holme~ Subdivision
of Tract 29, Tebbet~ Decatur Acre Tracts, Kit~ap County, ~a~hington, to Jame~ Hawt-
horn and Sarah B.Hawthorne,his wife, for the total purchase price of ~275.00 on
term~ of ~59.9S down and the balance on monthly payments of ~10.00 each with inter-
e~t at 7~ per annum.

Motion by Mr Casad and Mr Halverson to authorize the clerk to call for bid~ on
~upplies for L. I. D. #198 carried as follows: Mr Halverson, Ye~. Mr Ca°ad Ye~.

Motion by Mr Halver~on and ~.~ Casad to instruct the city attorney to prepare.
re~olution authorizing the calling of bid~ on proposed alteration~ of the City Hall;
carried a~ follows: Mr ~Mlverson, Ye~. ~ Ca-ad, Ye~. Mr Knabb not voting.
City Attorney reported on the ~everal cases now in his hand~ for adjudication and
reporting that the claim of Clark VS the City had been non suited.
