~PEOIAL M~ETING OF TME CITY COM~IS~ION OF THE CITY OF BI~E~TON,V~ASHINGTON,
called to order by Mayor Jones at three o'clock P.M.,on monday August 12, 19A0,
Commissioner Bruenn, Commissioner Casad and the City Clerk being present.
The Mayor explained that the special meeting had been called and opened for the
purpose of considering a transfer of the property described as follows: The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter,Section 16,
Township 24 North,Range i East, W.M.,.Eitsap County, Nashington. and
Lots I to 7 inclusive, Plat of Fernwood,Kitsap County, Washington.
Mr Bruenn reported that the representative of the Housing Authority desired' to
purchase the property mentioned and (Mr Bruenn) reoomm-nded that we offer the
property for $?500.00.
Motion by Mr Jones and Mr Oasad to approve the recommendation of the
Commissioner of Finance and offer the property for the sum of $?§00.00.
