Special meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, Washington,
held on Thursday, July 2, 1942 at ten o'clock A.M. Present: Mayor Bruenn, Comm-
issioner Wilkes and Treasurer George L. Nutter.
The Mayor explained that this meeting had been called and convened for the pur-
pose of considering a permit to the State Highway Department to extend slopes and
deposit earth material from and upon
The West five feet of the East 15 feet of Lots Six to
'Fen, inclusive, Block 5, First Addition to Charleston,
and granting the right and privilege of ingress and egress to and from said land
for the purposes of maintaining said slopes.
Motion by Mr. Bruenn and Mr. Wilkes to grant request of State Highway Depart-
ment and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the necessary permit, carried as
follows: ~r. Bruenn, Yes. Mr. Wilkes, Yes. Mr. Caaad, absent.
Motion by Mr. Bruenn and Mr. Wilkes to adjourn, carried, both members voting
Yes.
