Special meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, Washington,
called to order by Mayor Bruenn, Commissioner Wilkes and Commissioner Casa4 being
present.
The ~ayor explained that the meetin~ had been called for the purpose of con-
sidering an ordinance providing for necessary recreational facilities.
~ayor Bruenn read Ordinance ~1421, declaring en emergency ~o exist on account
of the necessity of securing sufficient real property for the construction of a
recreational center in the City of B?emerton, end appropriating funds in the sum of
$1,500.00 to meet such emergency.
Motion by ~r. Cased and Mr. Wilkes to pass ordinance on first reading and file
in the Clerk's Office for public inspection until Wednesday, November 5, 1941 et
ten o'clock a.m. carried as follows: Mr. Bruenn Yes, ~r. Wilkes Yes, Mr. Cased
Yes.
Motion:by Mr. Bruenn and Mr. Cased to adjourn carried ell members voting Yes.
