Special meeting of City Commission of the City of Bremerton, Washington held
on ~i. onday, October 20, 1941, at three o'clock p.m. Mayor Bruenn, presiding,
Commissioner ~ilkes, and Commissioner Casad being present.
The Mayor explained that the meeting had boen called for the purpose of
considering the request of the Government for a survey and exploration permit and
an option to p~chase Lot. lC, Tract 6, ~farren Smith's Acre Tracts.
Clerk read the documents relating thereto and read resolution #144, auth-
orizing and directing the Mayor and Clerk to sign and deliver triplicate copies
of said option together with such further documents as may be necessary to convey
the property described above.
Motion by Mr. Bruenn and Mr. Cssad to adopt resolution, carried as follows:
