SPECIAL meeting of City Commission of the City of Bremerton, Washington,
held on Friday, October 3, 1941. kayor Bruenn presiding, Commissioner ~Yilkes
and Commissioner Casad being present.
The Layor explained that the meeting had been called for the pur?ose of con-
sidering the advisability of leasing a part of the wate~¥ay near the municipal
wharf to the Bremerton Terminal Company to accomodate and extra slip.
Clerk read proposed lease which was discussed by the Commission.
Clerk also read two letters from Attorney Fetterman showing that proposed
lease had no connection with the former proposition which was now on appeal in
the State Supremes. Court.
Clerk read resolution 134 approving the lease and authorizing and directing
the Mayor and Clerk to sig~ same and declaring an emergen~ making resolution
effective immediately.
Motion by Mr. Bruenn and Mr. Wilkes to adopt resolution as read, carried
as follows: Mr. Bruenn Yes, ~r. Jilkes Yes, Mr. Casad Yes.
Motion by Mr. Bruenn and Mr. -ilkes to adjourn, carried all members voting
Yes.
