Special meeting of the City 0ommtssion of the 01ty of Bremerton,
Washington, held on Mon~ay, August 18, 1941. Mayor Brmenn'~residing,
Commissioner Wilkes and the City Clerk being present.
The Mayor explained the reason for calling the special meeting
as follows: "City having applied for funds for the construction of a
recreational building and it being necessary for said appllaation to
be signe~ by ~he 0ity officials including the ~Xty Attorney,
Motion by Mr. Wilkes and Mr.. Brueun that J. W. Bryan, sr., be
designated to sign in place of City Attorney who Xs out of town,
carried as follows: ~r. Bruenn, Yes. Mr. Wilkes, ~ee. Mr.- ~asad, ~:~:~.
absent. ~out of town)
Motion by Mr. Bruenn and Mr. Wilkes to adjourn, carried, both
members voting Yes.
