Special meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, Washington,
held on Thursday, July 3, 1941, at 10:$0 o'clock A. M. Mayor Jones and Commis-
sioner Bruenn being present (Commissioner Casad being on vacation).
The Mayor explained that the meeting had been called for the purpose of
appointing a successor to ~ir. James Russell whose term of office as a member of
the Bremerton Ho~sing ~uthority was expiring July l?, 1941.
The Mayor then eppointed Mr. James Russell as a member of the Bremerton Hous-
ing Authority for the term of five years, beginning July l?, 1941. Motion by Mr.
Bruenn and Mr. Jones to confirm the appointment carried as follows: Mr. Jones,
Yes; ~r. Bruenn, Yes; Mr. Casad, Absent.
~otion by Mr. Jones and Mr. Bruenn to adjourn, carried, both members voting,
Yes.
