held on Friday, May 16, 1941. Mayor Jones presiding, Commissioner Bruenn, Commis-
sioner Casad and the City Treasurer being present.
The Mayor announced that this special meeting had been c~lled for the purpose
of correcting an error in the issuance of the ~rr~ts as provided by Ordinance
No. 1491, and for passing on the bond of W. E. Ford, Contractor, in L.I.D. No. 213.
Clerk submitted the bond of ~. Ford, Contractor, in L.I.D. No. 213, s~e
having been approved as to form by the City ~torney. Motion by Mr. Casad and Mr.
Bruenn to approve bond of Mr. Ford, ~arried as follows: ~. Jones, Yes; ~. Bruenn,
Yes; Mr. Casad, Yes.
Clerk read resolution~showlng that Ordinance No. ~91, authorized the issuance
of Emergency Warrants amounting to $8,000.00 and that said Emergency Warrants had
been charged to Health and Sanitation Fund instead of the Current Expense Fund--
cancelling the warrants as of date of issue and authorizing the issuance of
$8,000.00 of warrants on the Current Expense Fund in lieu thereof. Motion by Mr.
Jones and Ur. Casad to adopt Resolution 78, carried as follows: ~. Jones, Yes;~
Mr. Bruenn, Yes; Mr. Casad, Yes.
Motion by Mr. Brue~ and Mr. Jones to adjourn, carried, all members voting, Yes.
