A special meeting of the City Council of the ~ity of Bremerton, Washington,
was called to order by Commissioner Haddon, Acting ~ayor, July lB, 1943 at four
o'clock P.~. Commissioner Gorst and Mr. Harold Wm. Nerritt, Regional Civil
Engi~eer, Federal Public Housing being present.
Mr. Gorst explained that the meeting had been called for the purpose of
approving master plans for the ~anette Peninsula water system.
Motion by Mr. Gorst and ~rs. Haddon that these original plans as designed by
~.tr. Ed Dully, consulting engineer for Bremerton Housing Authority, be approved by
the City Council and t~hat a letter be written to the Bureau of Yards and Docks,
Navy Department, Washington, D.C., that no change be made in the pipe size, fire
flows or reservoir storage fro~ those shown on the original plans, carried as
follows: ~lrs. Haddon, Yes. ~r. Gorst, Yes. Mr. Kean, ~bsent.
~otion by Mrs. Haddon and I~r. Gorst to adjourn, carried, both members voting
Yes.
