Special meeting oI' the City Council of the City of Bremerton, Washington,
was held Friday, December 15, 1950 at 3:15 P.M. in the ~ayor's Office, Bremer-
ton. Commissioner Haddon presiding and Commissioner Wheaton and City Clerk
NcOowan being present. Mayor Kean being absent from the City.
Mrs. ~addon explained that the purpose oI' holding this special meeting was
to pass on an application for dancing in the Bluejacket Tavern, as the applicant
desired to start the dancing before the holidays.
Clerk ~ead application signed by Raymond A. Roberson, 645 Fourth Street,
Blue JacKet Tavern, applying I'or dancing in the tavern and using a piano for
music. Application approved by the ChieI~ of Police, Fire Department and Build-
ing Inspector.
Notion by Nrs. Haddon and Hr. Wheaton to approve the application of the
Blue Jacxet Tavern since it has Wen approved by the Fire Chief, Police Chief
and Building Inspector, carried.
Notion by Mrs. Haddon and ~r. Wheaton to adjourn, carried.
