of the ordinance relating to cancellation oI' licenses, and t~at he was going
to inI'orm Mr. Seijas that ii' payments were not orought in he would see that
the necessary steps are taken to cancel all his licenses.
Mayor Kean stated that in fairness to all the other pinball c~mpanies
anm tha~ they might be informed, a copy of the letter should be sent to them.
No objection was raised by the Council to the action which the City Treasurer
stated he was going to take.
Mayor Kean stated for the record that cooperation between the community
and the Naval Base is probably at an all time high.
Mr. Wheaton reported that he had received three complaints of electrical
fenmes in Bremerton and said he was opposed to such fences in the City and

Mr. Nutter stated that he believed the City either purchased or received
by dedication the other tracts~from J.H. Martin. Mr. Nutter said he could con-
tact the County and see how the property was recorded.
Mayor askem the Clerk and Treasurer to follow through on this.
Mayor Kean reported that a letter has gone to the City Planning and Zoning
