A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was held
at 10:O0 otclock A.M., Monday, April 27, 195~, with Mayor Yowell presiding and
Commissioner Cullin, Commissioner Wheaton and City Clerk McGowan in attendance.
City Clerk McGowan stated that he had requested.a special meeting to con-
sider the change order on the contract for the construction of the Fire Drill
Tower which eliminated the painting of the smoke room and also to approve the
final payment to the contractor.
MotiOn by Mayor Yowell and Mr. Wheaton that the change order be approved
and that authorization be given to make final payment to the contractor and
the Architect, carried.
Motion by Mayor Yowell and~Miss Cullin to adjourn, carried.
