A special Council meeting was called to discuss renewal of the lease
with McDonald, Taylor and Bruckart, Inc. Mr. Wheaton stated that a Setter
would be requested from McDonald, Taylor and Bruckart regarding the removal
of the snags.
Motion by Mr. Wheaton and Mr. Yowell the contract be extended for the
period of one year, all members voted yes.
Motion by Mr. Yowell and Mr. Wheaton to adjourn, carried.
