SUMMARY: The hot water boiler serving the Glenn Jarstad Aquatic Center has failed and requires
replacement in order to prevent extended interruption in service and loss of critical seasonal program
revenues and access.
Capital funds are available in the 2006 Aquatic Budget to complete this project.
