Special meeting of the City Council was called at 10:00 o'clock A.M.,
February 26, 1954 for the purpose of awarding the liability insurance. Mayor
Yowell presIdihg with Commissioner Cullin, Commissioner .heaton and City Clerk
McGowan being present.
The City Clerk reaported that the Committee to whom Liability Insurance
bids were referred recommended award be made to Northwest Casualty Company,
the low bidder.
Motion by Mayor Yowell and Commissioner Cullin the recommendation of the
Committee be accepted, carried.
Meeting adjourned.
