Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Bremerton, Washington was
called to order by Mayor Domstad at 9:00 o'clock A.M., Friday, April 2S, 1957 in
the Mayor's Office, City Hall. Present at.this meeting were Commissioner Cullin,
Commissioner Wheaton and City'CM rk McGowan~
City Clsrk' McGowan stated that the Special Meeting had been called to con-
sider and act upon a request by the Bremerton HousingAuthority to abandon an
easement for water mains in an area of Sheridan Park.
Mr. Wheaton stated that this should be done since the main was no longer in
use.
.Motion by Mr. Wheaton and Mr. Domstad that the Council approve the Declara-
tion of Abandonment and ins~ruct the City Clerk to have it recorded, carried.

Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Bremerton, Washington was
held April 29, 19§? at 2:00 o'clock P.M. in the Mayor's Office, Cit~ Hall. Mayor
Domstad presiding. Present were Commissioner Cullin, Commissloner Wheaton, City
Clerk McGowan and City Attorney Holland.
Clerk presented claim from General Construction Company for release of re-
tained percentage except that portion ($13,32S.A1) covered by Lien of Shell Oil
Company. Amount claimed was $117,849.61, approved by Mr. Wheaton and audited by
Mr. Vaao
Motion by Mr. Wheaton and Miss Cullin to approve voucher, carried.
Clerk presented inter-fund transfer from Cumulative Reserve for Water Sys-
rem Improvement to Union River Construction Fund to make available sufficient
funds to pay retained percentage.
Motion by Miss Cullin and Mr. Wheaton that the inter-fund transfer be ap-
proved, carried.
