Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Bremerton, Washington was
held Monday, May 4, 1959 at 11:00 o,¢loek A.M., in the Mayor's 0££i¢a, City Hall with
Mayor ~omstad presiding. Present were Commissioner Clark, ¢ommfssioner Wheaton and
and City Clerk McGowano Also present was a representative or the newspaper,
Mayor Domstad stated this special meeting was called £or the purpose of making
an award of bid on the sandblasting, caulking and painting bid for the Memorial Swim-
ming Pool.
Clerk presented supplementary bid to the sandblasting and painting bid from
Danny H~bb, covering that portion of the bid entitled nExpansion Joints". The bid
was in amount of $645.00.
At the same time ~he Clerk read a memo from Andy Pendergast in which'he recom-
mended tha~ the Council accept the attached bid.

After discussion of the bid the following motion was made.
Motion by Mr. Domstad and Mr. Wheaton to concur in the recommendation of Andy
Pendergast and award the bid to Mr. Hebb, carried.
Meeting adjourned.
