A special meeting of the City councii was held on Tuesday, May 2, 1981 at 1:4§
P.M. with Mayor Domstad presiding and the following being present: Commissioners
Clark and Schoneman, Mr. J.E. Champers of the Washington State Highway Department,
Wm. Fortman, City Engineer, City Attorney Roy Holland and City Clerk E.H.T. McGowan.
Mayor Domstad announced that this meeting was called for the purpose of approving
a Supplemental Agreement to the agreement with the State for financing the widening
of Sixth Street.~ The new agreement supplements the original agreement to a total of
$142,000 and extends the widening to Washington Avenue. The Agreement was read by the City Clerk.
Motion by Mr. Clark and Mr. Schoneman ~hat the agreement be approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign for the City, carried.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
