A special meeting Of the City CoUncil was held on Friday, April 6, 1962 with
the following in attendance: Mayor Domstad, Commissioners Cullin and Schoneman,
City Clerk Mc~owan, City Attorney Roy Holland, Mr. Wm. D. Rea oF Marshall & Meyer.
Mayor Domstad announced that the meeting was called for the purpose of acting
on a proposal made by the firm of Marshall and Meyer to refund City of Bremerton
Water and Sewer Revenue bonds 1957 Issue.
Mr. Rea presented a revised proposal and presented copies to Council, and
explained that he h~d discussed the proposal with Mr. Richard Thorgrimson.
Motion by Miss Cullin and Mr. Schoneman that the proposal of Marshall and
Meyer to purchase a Water and Sewer Revenue Refunding Bond issue in the amount
of $293,000 at an effective rate of 3.S289% be accepted and that $41,750 in City's
reserVeScarriede be used with the proceeds of this issue to redeem the outstaading 1957 issue,
