Recessed meeting of the City Council of the City of Bremerton, Washington, was
held in the Council ChamOers of the City Hall at lO:O0 o'clock A.M., January 26, 1962
with Mayor Domstad presiding. Present were Commissioner Cullin, Commissioner Schone-
man, City Clerk McGowan, City Attorney Holland. Also present were Water Sup~. Humble
and City Engineer Fortman.
Mayor announced it was time and place set for opening bids on re-,rooflng two
reservoII, s,
Motion by Mr. Domstad and Mr. Schoneman the bids be opened, carried.
City Clerk opned the following bids:
Willar Construction Co., enclosed bid bond, Item l, ~66,793.48; Item II $70,698.16
(A) $71,547.S4 (S).
Linden Sonstruction Co. enclosed bid bond, Item I $82,565.00, Item II $64,038.00
(A) $74,S80.00
Oiske Construetion Co., enclosed bid bond. I, $?6,882.00, II, no bid. (A),
$72,45S.80 (B).
Rasmussen Beck Inc., enclosed bid bond, Item I, ~79,458.60, Item II,
(A), ~76,2~2.80 (B).
Harry H. Hawkins, enclosed bid ~ond, I~em I $82,041.44, Item II No bid. (~),

O.I. Hall Co., enclosed Old bond, Item [, $?i,170.00, Item II $65,341.00 ~A),

Motion by Mr. Schoneman and Miss Cullin the bids be referred to a committee for
study and award will be made at the next regular council meeting, carried.
Motion by Mr. Schoneman and Mr. Domstad the Mayor and ~ity Clerk be authorized to
sign the rental agreement between the City of Bremerton and the Lancers, carried.
