Mr. White appeared in Council Meeting represented by Attorney Bob Bryan and Mr. Bryan explained to the Council the re~,sons Mr. White wanted his 5 acres deleted from the petition. The reasons are as follows: The possibility of being included in an L.I.D. which would not ~nefit the property; no governmental services required on this tract as it is unoccupied urban property; it does not hinder the other signers of the twenty acre tract; and the only reason he felt the five acres was included would be to draw a straight line on a map for the City Limits line. Mr. Bryan asked that the City Council strike Tract 4 of Manette Villa Tracts from the proposed annexation.
