A Special Meeting of the City Council was held on Thursday, February 28, 1963
at ll:O0 A.M. with Mayor Domstad presiding and Commissioner Cullin, Commissioner
Schoneman and City Clerk McGowan in attendance.
City Clerk ~cGowan explained that the meeting was called for the purpose of a-
warding liability insurance hid and that the committee, to whom bids opened on Feb-
ruary 27, 1963 were referred, recommended award to Soriano Insurance Company,
low bidder.
Motion by Mr. Sc~onemau and MissCC¥11in the recommendation of the committse be
concurred in, carried.
