~ere violators of failure to yield the right of way, speeding, disregarding stop

Co~nissioner Schoneman suggested at this time no action be taken until such time
the Commis~ioners have had a chance to review the site and talk to the people who
own the property.
Attorney Jim Sanchez appearedin the Council representing the property owners and
explained the petition for rezoning that was filed ~ith the Planning Commission had
over the required signatures. He further explained the description of the property
to be rezoned leaves a complete buffer zone around it so it does not touch upon any
othe~~ piece of property. Mr. Sanchez stated merry Ye~gur could now be violating the
B-1 requirements as he now has six employees and with a B-3 classification he would
be entitled to twelve employees but he is only interestedin a grocery business and
asking for aB-3 classification would open up the area to a tavern, nightclub, skating
rink, etc. He felt asking for B-2 at this time would be sufficient to enlarge the
present store and perhaps later move into a B-3 class if necessary and the people
m~rroun~ing the area would be sure at that time no other business could be moved in
there.
Motion by Mr. Clark and Mr. Schoneman the bills be ap id if approved by a major-
ity of the Commissioners, carried unanimously.
