Special meeting of the City Co~cil of the City of Bremerton, Washington, was
held in the Mayor's Office in the City Hall at 9:30 A.M., D.S.T., Monday, J~e 8,
1964 with Mayor ~rstad presiding with Co~issloner Clark,Co~issioner Sc~nem~ ~d
City Auditor Vaa present.
Mayor Jarstad ~no~ced this special meeting was called for the purpose of award-
ing the contract to the low bidder on the improvement to Hi,way 21 Md llth Street.
At last We~esday's meeting it was stated that as soon as the State had approved
the ~ard would be made s~J~ that the Job could get underway.
Motion by Mr. Clark and Mr. Schonem~ to dispense with ~e minutes of the last
regulsr co~cil meeting, carried.
Motion by Mr. Schonem~ ~d Mr. C~ark that George v. Nolte, the low bidder, b ·
given the ~ward to construct concrete curbs and ~tters on Kttsap Way and llth St.
portion of the project which has been approved by the State, ca~ried.
