A Special l~eeting of the City Council was held on Monday, January ~D, 1964 in
the l,'layor's Office with Mayor Domstad presiding and Commissioners Cullin and Schoneman
and Oity olerk McGowan present. Mt. Austin Cta~k was also in attend~ce.
The Oity Clerk stated that he had two Resolutions to read.
He t]~en read Hesolution ~!230 effecting transfer of appropriations between cla~ses
within the ss~e fundin the 1963 budget.
It was moved by Miss Cullin and seconded by Mr. Schonem~ that Resolution
1230 be adopted, carried.
Resolution ~1231 was then read ~ich provided for the abando~ent of ~1 s~s
maining unexpended on Janua~ 20, 1964 except those portions of such f~ds as have be~n
committed prior to January 1, 1964.
It was moved by ~fr. Schoneman and seconded by I~iss Cullin that Resolution
1231 be adopted, carried.
There being no further business the meeting was ~journed.
