ing Company,

appearances yesterday.
City Attorney Walgren stated that the first case, Aaberg vs the City of

The second matter was the suit by North Perry Water District and a restrainer
issued against the City keeping our ordinance from being published and going into
effect. He stated that a trial date is hoped to be obtained next Monday for the
later part of January or the first part of February. He stated that he will file
an answer in the Clerk's office this week.
He commented that he suspected that there will be motions made to attack the
complaint as it relates to annexations.

from the area are trying to break away.
