SUMMARY:
During a Committee Meeting on May 24,2006 the City Council directed staff to schedule a public
hearing for a potential amendment to the height requirements as illustrated in Figure 20.74(a) ofBMC
Title 20, Land Use (the zoning code). Proposed for consideration are two motions - 1) Maintaining
the existing heights or 2) Poposed ordinance to amend the zoning code heights in the Highland /
Pleasant district.

changes to the Highland / Pleasant district.
OPTION 2 - AMEND HEIGHT - (50 FOOT MAX - 45' PLUS 5' ADDT'L FOR PITCHED ROOF)
Move to pass Ordinance No. amending the heights for the Highland / Pleasant District in
