SUMMARY: The City received a petition from Kuntheary P. Goodson and signed by 100% of the
abutting property owners to vacate 240 feet of Lafayette A venue, lying just south of 6th
Street. This date has been scheduled for a public hearing on the proposed ordinance vacating the
subject property in accordance with state law and the Bremerton Municipal Code. This is a Class III
right-of-way and compensation is not required in accordance with BMC 11.20.080.
