SUMMARY: In the interest of public safety, the current provisions of Chapter 9.48 BMC entitled
"Fireworks" should be updated in order to clarify when and how fireworks may be sold, and the times
for discharge of fireworks in Bremerton. The proposed ordinance updates the provisions of Chapter
9.48 BMC.
