SUMMARY: City Council adopted Ordinance No. 4950 on November 30, 2005 establishing a new
Zoning Code. Ordinance 4950 was updated by Ordinance No. 4971. One amendment to Subsection
20.60.065(f) BMC was inadvertently omitted in Ordinance No. 4971, however, the amendment was
discussed and approved during the City Council study session and public hearing relating to
Ordinance No. 4971. The proposed ordinance makes the technical correction to Subsection
20.60.065(f) in order to correct Ordinance No. 4971.
