2. ALL PORTIONS OF THE FOUNDATION SHALL BE REMOVED AND
DISPOSED OF AT AN APPROVED LEGAL DUMP SITE AND THE SITE
GRADED TO MATCH EXISTING CONTOURS. FILL IN EXCESS OF 49
CUBIC YARDS REQUIRES SEPARATE GRADING PERMIT.
3. CONTACT PUGET SOUND AIR POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY AT
1-800-552-3565 FOR ASBESTOS REMOVAL INFORMATION. ASBESTOS
MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE DEMOLITION COMMENCES.
