SUMMARY: The City and Olympic Soccer & Sports Center currently participate in a concession
agreement relating to soccer fields at Pendergast Park. Olympic Soccer & Sports Center desires to
construct an additional indoor soccer field and is requesting additional space for its facility. The
proposed agreement amends the concession agreement by adding space to the concession area and

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The agreement provides additional compensation
above the existing arrangement of$937.50 per month adjusted annually by a CPI adjustment capped
at 2% per year and subject to periodic re-openers.
