Allow 24 hour prior notice for all inspections. Emergencies will be handled as
soon as possible. If req-uired inspections are not called for and made by the
necessary City Departments, a Stop Work Order w11l be posted until hecessary
inspection is completed. Any materials hindering the inspection will be removed
so an adequate inspection can be performed.
All completed structures will have a Certificate of Occupancy BEFORE the structure
is occupied. If a structure is occupied without a Certificate()fOccupancy, the
City will have the water utilities removed and order the structure vacated until
compliance is achieved.
