DECEMBER 5, 1972
The recessed Annual Statutory Budget Hearing was called to orde~ by Mayom Jarstad in the Council
Chambers of City Hail at 9:17 a.m., PST, Tuesday, December 5, 1972. Also attending were: Conmis-
sioner Clark, Conmissioner Schoneman, City Clerk Yeadon, City Auditor Harold Fitzwater, Asst. City
Arrow.ney Gar~ Sexton.
MINUTES OF DECSMBER 4, 1972
The Minutes of December 4, 1972, were read and approved as amended.
Discussion was held and Conwnissioner Cla~k made the following report:
REPORT - Commissioner Clark
Repot, ted that General Fund has been adjusted to eliminate the position of Grephie Illustrator and
to add the position of D~aftsman and to increase the allowance for Extra Help for a net increase
of $380 in the Planning DepazTment. Explained that the General Fund now shows a deficit of
$138,559.
Mayor Jarstad adjourlued the Hearing at 10:05 a.m.
