SUMMARY: The City adopted a new Zoning Code and codified it in Title 20 of the Bremerton
Municipal Code. The proposed ordinance updates references to the Zoning Code in Chapter 2.13
BMC relating to the Administrative Hearing Examiner and Chapter 3.01 BMC relating to rates and
fees.
