Mr. Plescher stated tb~t the Health Spa has a fence which keeps ?eadliKhts from shining into the residences. ~ .o~m~ss~oner Schoneman asked Mr. Plescher what the proposed extension to C~mercial zonin~ to the inorth frown Sixth Street was. Mr. Plescher stated that those portions of Sixth Street between iBroadwav and Washington and between Roosevelt and Callow shall be encoumaged to totally develop !Co~merc~allv; and that no additional property between Broadway and Roosevelt and no properlny north i~a~Xth.and.War~en passed Herfey's Restaurant willbe recc~mended for business zones.
